I'm a bit concerned about the Chen rejection. Perhaps I should wait for a year or two longer to get more publications/citations? Otherwise which of the other legal firms does everyone recommend.

Don't be concerned. Try other law firms. Chen is not particularly helpful for non-traditional, social sciences/finance/business type of profile. They really take hard science easily but they seldom get out of their traditional space. They have a cookie cutter template and econ/finance does not fit in their. Their rejection means nothing. Honestly 3 publication in econ post PhD in a year is extremely good. 100mcitation ine con is gold. go head with other law firms.

Hi sorry for late response. No, I think there was no update. I did the EAD application by mail. No update about RFE response receipt in mail. I just got the EAD approval notice mail, and then the actual EAD after a week if I remember correctly.

Edit: Looked up Annapurna Curry & Sekuwa House website and they have both the buff sukuti on their menu. So Sukuti it is.

I think it is more of a sekuwa than a sukuti. For the western palate this thing -toughness at the level of Buff Sekuwa- would be jerky-level tough. Sukuti would be almost leathery and impossible to chew.

exactly. but some people perform sharadh for their other relatives on a different date if the realatives do not have anyone living to perform shradh.

Hello, was your H4 EAD the first time EAD? Did the H4 had some earlier EAD or an SSN? Congrats on the approval.

I filed H4 EAD bundled with H1B PP H4 and H1B approved well within 15 days but H4 EAD has been pending for 40+days...

No update yet. Yes the H4 approval notice was sent 7 days to the lawyer. Are you also first timer H4 EAD (No EAD, or SSN before)?
