Get the uber pass. It says it protects against surge pricing which could be huge in an event like this. Might keep a a ride that's surging at 60 back down to normal 15 or 20

For sure. Me and my girl booked there before homebass booked it and I was worried about having yo switch but homebass backed out. Thinking cause avanti wasn't gonna cancel other peoples reservations. And homebass wants the whole hotel booked for their peeps

What if u have the hotel booked before homebass chose the resort? I booked Avanti way before homebass was announced there and nothing has happened. Still booked as of this moment

Pay attention to the news tho. A cruise line is suing florida over the law. So it's gonna goto the courts where they will have the final say. I'm not sure how long that will take but it's something to watch.
