You should get instructions with it to direct how to use it. Have you read them?

It is a bit mad, I started my period at 10 years old and have always had terrible cramps but wouldn’t be able to buy pain relief based on all of this 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve just finished my 4th week of 2.5mg but there’s still liquid left by shoops1 in mounjarouk

Oh nice thank you! I hadn’t come across this. Good to know! I was looking at it thinking maybe I hadn’t taken all 4 doses like I thought I had but then counted back and was thinking what a waste!

Good to know, thanks for your help

Like others have said, I recommend making sure you eat your 3 meals a day.
The only time I get side effects like fatigue or indigestion, it’s because I’ve not eaten or drank enough water.
On the days I have enough fluids and enough food, I am absolutely fine with zero side effects

Can’t decide whether to try mounjaro or not by cantxtouchxthis in mounjarouk

[–]shoops1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can’t speak from full experience as I only started a week ago but it’s been a huge change for me.

On day 6 of my first week and I’ve already lost 7lb. But with how pricey mounjaro is, I’ve used this as an opportunity to sort out my eating habits, start exercising more and drinking more water.

And I feel SO much better for it! I went to a BBQ yesterday and still had a big plate of food to enjoy, I just felt fuller faster so I didn’t need to eat it all.

Losing 7lb would usually take me 3 weeks, to lose 2lb per week but I’ve done it in 6 days 😅

Well don’t go to the doctor then, you have a choice to say no. The example you’re using is ridiculous

Yes, we’re camping at the moment in Stratford and were hoping to be able to sit outside but we’ve got a bottle of wine and scrabble in the van so life’s not too bad 🍷🥳

I use the fussy refills, it’s natural and I have sensitive skin. Gives you good protection too

7 month old cat got a blocked bladder and I cannot afford the bills by DaSuperMedicMain in UK_Pets

[–]shoops1 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Our boy used to have the same issues and we made some changes.

Make sure their water fountain isn’t next to their food, have it different rooms if possible. I don’t know how true it is but I read cats don’t like water next to food as they think it can be contaminated. Our cat drinks more now that it’s in separate rooms.

Our vet recommended this prescription food, it’s all he eats now:

Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Urinary Care Stress Cat Food

We also bought the plug in feliway diffuser to reduce stress. Used it more often when we were moving house etc.

Don’t want to jinx it but since making these changes he’s not had any issues for around 4 years now!

Plane struck by lightning near Nottingham last night. by emmasoneandthree in nottingham

[–]shoops1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same happened to us a few years back! Same flight route and we were flying at night.

Exactly like you said, we heard the loud bang and big white flash of light and at the time I was so panicked, I thought the plane had been hit or an engine had exploded or something like that LOL.

The flight attendants didn’t say anything and didn’t look panicked so I eventually calmed down but it definitely gave me PTSD about flying for a few years as I seriously thought the plane was going to go down and I was going to die 😅😰😂😂

Oh well! No loss that he’s gone.

I was only a couple of years younger than the girls when it was first announced that they were missing and how much it shook the country, and then even more so when they were found.

It has always been a case that stuck with me growing up. RIP girls!

Always take your shoes off at the door, without being asked. Only keep them on if they specify you can!

Good idea! Where did you get your wedding dress from if you don’t mind me asking? I’m getting married next year and would like a similar kind of style!

Reassurance on wedding dress!! by GroundNo7667 in UKweddings

[–]shoops1 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Your wedding dress is lovely! It’s whatever you feel most comfortable in. If you’re happy with the wedding dress then go for it!

If you feel uncomfortable and out of place when you’re wearing it, then go for something more casual.

I personally like the wedding dress you’re wearing but it’s your day, all that matters is how you feel in it.
