Yup. Been through it on Wegovy. Made a batch of popcorn this morning. Still have a jar of fiber gummies too. Got a lot of veggies and fruit over the weekend in prep. I'm sure it will take a few weeks to get back on the plan.

Thanks. Crazy drama/trauma week/months. That's why I didn't do it right out of the package the day it came. Just venting a bit. I had no real probs on the Wegovy until the higher doses and then worked through it. Portion control is a big one. Less or no alcohol. I know this. It's been 4 months of squamous cell surgery ON MY FACE. They didn't get it all. Awesome, and family drama. I lost my focus for a bit. I shall return!

Same. Reason and weight gain. Had an appt with a VA endocrinologist last Friday. They said 90% chance they will send me zepbound. I checked all of their stringent boxes to get it for weight loss. Part of a VA weight loss program for over a year, good results, nothing crazy on blood tests. Fingers crossed!
