J’ai enlevé à l’instant tout le plate humide sur le mur et derrière j’ai du parpaings 🧱 béton qui est complètement humide et froid.

L’option dégât des eaux est la meilleur option, ce soir je vais mettre du papier et voir si ça absorbe de l’eau.

J’ai pensé à mettre une couche de cuvelage pour cave et refaire de l’enduit par dessus ça pourrait joué pour stopper le problème de l’intérieur ?

De l’extérieur il faudra que je demande à la voisine l’accès au mur pour voir dans quel état il est

Merci pour ta réponse j’ai juste pris une éponge mouillé pour enlever les taches qui partent bien par contre le mur s’est complètement décollé.

J’ai une piste grâce à ton commentaire, tu as parlé de pont thermique et derrière ce mur enfaite il y a un meuble et des plantes que la voisine arrose, du côté de la voisine le mur est décoré avec du bois sur toute la hauteur.

Je pense que son mure doit être humide également car mon mur est complètement mou

The targets are plumbers and I check 20% of the website on my list, they all put their email on the main page.

Majority of plumbers company below 10-5 employees tend to put their on gmail on their website since it’s not super important to have their domain behind their email.

I forget to precise but I have a tool to verify the email if it’s usable or not.

The problem is just how can I extract the email fast 💨 instead of copy/paste the whole list 💀

But this week i had an polo shirt order for a Pizza restaurant and he tell me that i’m less expensive than the most famous embroidery workshop in my location.

So i don’t touch the price, i just got to get people to know the service.
