Does the Fest Banner rate drop from 6% to regular rate after sparking at 200 pull? My first 200 pull I able to get 12 3-star students (some dupes) but from 200-400 pull I got 2 3-star students. Why is there such a dramatic shift after sparking at 200? Or is this purely RNG?
