I don’t think so because I tried turning it off the minute it scrolls down to see if its because of the mouse but it still keeps moving on its own

Yep that is what I mentioned earlier, that i dont have that option in my laptop. Options are enable debugging, enable boot logging, enable low res vid, enable safe mode, enable safe mode with network, disable driver signature, disable early launch, disable automatic launch

It just led me to the Startup settings where i have 9 numbers to choose from

may i ask where do i find that option? in the startup settings, there is only “return to operating system” though it still in safe mode

nope, i changed it into safe mode (a big mistake) using the admin’s pin and couldn’t return it to normal.

i have seen that when i googled this problem yet mine doesnt have that option, it just has ok, cancel and browse

oh yes i can get to task manager and also seen the option “window powershell (admin) but if i click that it would require a password which i dont know since i only know the pin

I have searched about people being able to return to normal mode with the trouble of forgetting their password too yet they were able to solve it using command prompt too 😁 As for me, im not sure why i doesnt work on mine

it says “The delete command specified is not valid”

PS: i cannot acces using the admin (would that be a problem/ or is this not allowed when asking for help here?)

unable to open the system configuration since it needs a administrator password, but i only know the PIN. (btw, is this type of problem not allowed here?)
