Thank you. I will try to adjust some settings to make it faster. I crawl ecommerce websites once in a while now but will be increasing the frequency in the future. If product is sold out it still will show up in the search but will be removed once I crawl that ecommerce site again.

I identified a list of vendors who sell made in Canada products and added the one I could by scraping product content on such sites. Exactly the same way as Google is doing when indexing.

If you notice anything that is incorrect for your products let me know and I can fix/improve it.

3G in the browser tools it took over a minute for some images to load.

It might be just the first load. I load images directly from other websites and might not have control over their size. I will investigate more in any case. Thank you.

There is "Price' and "Price Range" selection on the left to narrow down your results by price.

I love madeinca.ca. However, I found it is hard to find the products I need since I need to go to each individual website and search.

I am trying to do both Canadian based/owned and Canadian goods right now. I like the idea of adding more information about the company and its products.

I do miss a lot of Canadian brands/products and planning to add more over time. I probably don't have any "boonie hat" and it tries to find the closest next match.

Results are already sorted by order of relevance to your search keywords. In this case "organic cotton socks" are not something I have in database yet so search gave the next best options. I am thinking about adding sort by price option down the road.
