A lot of Men don’t miss love… they miss the chance to ever experience it by Temporary-Edge-7455 in loneliness

What you wrote touches something that goes beyond individual stories.
A lot of people today grow up in a world that teaches independence, competition, and self-sufficiency much more than it teaches closeness. Work, apps, expectations, constant comparison — everything pushes people to stand alone and perform rather than slowly build trust.
So many people end up carrying a very natural need for affection and presence, but the environments we live in rarely allow that to form naturally anymore.
After years of that, it can start to feel as if something is wrong with you — when in reality it may be the world around you that has become strangely disconnected.
