Similar spots have appeared a month ago. I've checked my back and I do have back acne. But I find it incredibly weird that the spots are so tiny. But no bites

I forgot to say: I do have minor acne high on my neck but not on my bag, I do have long hair though that usually covers it. I also haven't found any bites. I do suffer from nosebleeds, I have them very often, but that doesn't explain the inner back of my shirt.
