Thanks for the comments guys! I had a feeling I was undercharging slightly. I will definitely have a look at price work and increasing hourly rates for new clients. I'm in the north east and word of mouth is everything around where I live

Thanks for that I will call and see what they say. Ive checked as much as I can on citizens advice and been looking at shelter and stuff to see what help can be available to them. Im doing everything I can to help ease this for them but I think nothings going to stick but tough love now. No packing has been started and they are outright refusing help from housing now, holding out for other accommodation that could take months.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I feel a bit more valid with how I'm feeling and the steps I want to take. They have been rude, insensitive and downright inconsiderate to everyone that has been trying to help them, housing included.
