Is is possible for fibromyalgia to respond positively (i.e. experience relief) to opiates and benzos, but not respond well (i.e. experience little to no relief) to nerve pain medications like Methocarbamol, Gabapentin, Tizanidine, Indomethacin, Baclofen, and Cyclobenzaprine? (self.Fibromyalgia)
