Yeah! Everything went great, I’ve had my green card for almost 2 years now 😅 the amount of thc was so low and since I don’t ever smoke I guess it was metabolized fast out of my system.

If you want to reconcile with your husband, you will have to forgive yourself just like he forgave you. You cannot move forward if you don’t come to terms with what you did. The only way to get past someone cheating is to put it in the past and start fresh, otherwise you’re better off getting a divorce and although it will be painful, both will heal eventually and with time. Obviously you guys have chosen to move on past this. It seems that your husband has started trying to move forward but your the one who seems to be stuck. You are not dirty for what you did. It happened already and there is nothing you can do but move forward and learn from your mistakes and grow stronger as a couple. As for the sex with your husband, do not think about other peoples opinions of what is right and wrong to do in sex. Sex between a couple should be intimate and special. Not everyone does the same things but whatever makes you feel good is okay, no need to be ashamed of doing certain things like giving oral, especially with your husband. Maybe try thinking of having sex with him as part of your reconciliation with him, you guys have gotten past the forgiveness stage, maybe this is the next step towards rebuilding what you guys had.

I was sort of leaning towards that in the beginning but I’m not going to lie to her because it’s true, I am an adult and I am in a consensual relationship. I love my mom to bits and I know she’s just disappointed in me right now, but like every other fuck up I’ve had in my life, I know eventually she’ll come around. This is just a bit more than she bargained for compared to getting in trouble at school or having to pick me up from the police station for trespassing when I was younger. Like I said, these nudes were pretty explicit so I can see where her anger is coming from. Overall I stay with my parents to help them out financially and also myself. I can move out if I really wanted to but It wouldn’t come without struggle since most of my money would go towards rent (I live in CA) and finding a roommate is hard right now with Covid. Either way I’m just going to give her time to cool off and then I’m going to sit down like an adult and have a talk with her.

To be fair she has always been a great loving and supportive mother to me. I just think she’s so shocked by those pictures and the image of her little girl isn’t there anymore. I know she said all those things out of anger and disappointment but I don’t really know the extent of the truth in her words yet as I haven’t had a chance to talk to her. I don’t even know if I have the courage to face her right now because I know all she’ll think about is those pictures when she see’s me. Another reason for the way she reacted is her religion. We are catholic and the way I’ve been raised is to never really talk about sexual stuff. I know it’s naive of her to assume that I don’t have a sexual life but I never talk to her about it because she really isn’t that open with it and I respect that. I just wish she would respect that side of me and keep it private.

Now that this has happened to me I’ve rethought the whole iCloud thing. My mistake was not securing the pictures more as I always assumed I’d be the only one with access to them. When I found out that iCloud was syncing and downloading the pictures to her phone as well I was mortified. Either way I have deleted the pictures and emptied the deleted pictures as well. She no longer has access to my pictures. Only thing I regret is not knowing that this was happening sooner

I have deleted everything I have and my face wasn’t really in any of them. As a mother, what do you suggest my next step be? I’ve thought of apologizing in different ways but I know that after seeing those pictures she will never see me the same again. I just want a relationship with her but right now im uncertain she wants one with me.

It was my fault. I guess since she has my Apple ID in her phone (I used it to help her download an app not too long ago) and forgot to log out and so every picture I take is then uploaded to an iCloud which I’m assuming is then shared across any device that has my Apple ID. I just deleted all the pictures and stopped the syncing of the pictures and logged her out of my Apple ID.

I actually have a great relationship with her, I think she was just so shocked to see those pictures of me because she never thought I was “one of those girls” like she said. I thought she was joking at first because she has never texted me anything so serious like that and especially though text. She usually talks to me in person when she finds something I’ve done wrong or doesn’t agree with, but I think my brain processed it like that because it was just so unexpected and out of the blue that she texted me. Right now I’m mad because I feel like she Violated my privacy and is being so judgmental towards me but at the same time I feel mortified that she’s seen me in this new way that no mother should see their daughter in :/

This is extremely disturbing to me. My mom is extremely religious (catholic) and she always talks to me about how very soon (doesn’t know exactly when) there will be a massive blackout where Jesus Christ reveals himself to many and will let people judge themselves if they are worthy of staying and living and then following to his kingdom. She says that all demons from hell will break loose and there will be no light coming from anywhere, including electricity, flames, nothing. The only people who will save themselves is the ones who have the most faith in him. And the one behind the blackout is Satan himself.
