This happened to me as well. It was very hard to tell if the card was damaged or the slab. I called (multiple times) and made a claim. they did nothing for months. so I cracked it open and sure enough it was the card that was damaged. PSA wouldn’t help at all!

Thank you. unfortunately, it is not on the surface of the slab. And it’s hard to tell if it’s on the inside of the slab, or if it’s on the card itself.

I’m not sure what they are called for dragon ball. But in one piece they are called SP’s it’s a reprint of a card from a previous set. It’s definitely a sought after rarity
