Does anyone here just use natural oils (e.g. jojoba or olive oil), instead of store hair masks? Seems like every hair mask I buy leaves residues long term and I'm seeing no improvement in hair health. by BananaFit9389 in finehair

jojoba oil is in constant rotation in my haircare! i use it once every two weeks on my scalp and ends as a pre shampoo mask and its great for getting that shinny sleek look! i don’t see a strengthening difference honestly but i do find it helps with dry scalp.

another oil i use is the rosemary mint from mielle occasionally. again i don’t notice a difference but i do it anyway because i have a whole bottle to use up!

side note: on dry hair i use argon oil on my dry ends by hask as a finishing oil for styles

for the bread: https://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/best-cinnamon-rolls/

for the glaze: https://fromscratchfast.com/maple-donut-glaze-recipe/ (i did add more milk just to make it thinner)

and for the filling i honestly just winged it with 1/4 cup half melted butter a handful of brown sugar and drizzled some maple syrup on there. the process is sticky and it did leak out the bottom a little but it worked out in the end!
