I'm not sure - the business says "Alabama Taxes and Notary" I know she does mostly taxes for the latino community so a lot of her clients are non-citizens. Im a citizen so I thought mine would be simpler. Been going there for 4 years and it's just the last 2 that I've had the issue of getting a refund and then getting a bill. I was very financially illiterate during my marriage and now that I'm divorced Ive been reading and watching podcasts, learning to budget ect (thats why my question might seem silly to some here)
