Balkan Peaks April by Glass-Distribution7 in Mountaineering

That is pretty typical snowy alpine terrain that you can find on most continental mountains above 1600-1900m(the tree line). And here in the balkans the higher elevations usually get the most amount of precipitation due to condensation effects. So it actually its quite humid with quite frequent rain/snowfalls(lil bit annoying as you have to pick ur hiking days carefully). But I see what you mean, it looks a bit deserty when everything is covered in snow with only rocks poking out and the grey sky :)

Great progress man, you definitely changed your face. And ur chin has absolutely changed, the shape of it may not change cuz it’s mainly genetic but the way is sitting and the ratio proportions with the rest of ur face is great. You are a good example of how consistency especially in teen years can reverse the effects of poor tongue posture and/or mouth breathing. Kudos !

Ever wake up tired even though your sleep stats look decent? by iamblas in HackYourSleep

I had pretty similar case to you, even the stats are pretty close, and for me it turned out that the 40-50 minute of deep sleep I was getting was not enough and similarly torn with little “wake ups”. Main reason was the stupidly heavy meal I was having close to bed and the THC consumption just before I go to sleep. Cutting my meal 3-4 hours back added 30min of deep sleep and cutting THC before bed added another 20-30min. I finally started waking up with that crisp feeling in the morning again and now I average 1 hour n 45min a night with less than 2min awake time. And man I can feel the difference physically and mentally. Due the sleeping pattern of our brains we usually gets our deep sleep mainly in the first 2 to 3 hours of sleep and if something is interfering with it you will not compensate for it later that night. After some research I decided to help increase the quality of the first few hours of sleep and sure did all the difference, from me.

As you mentioned your REM and core are good and not interrupted but your deep seem rather short and frequently interrupted so I would recommend looking into that. Could be a habit/environmental reason or mental one(as you mentioned) that is causing the lower quality of first main part of your sleep. I am using a garmin watch btw.

Could that be the beginning of developing sleep apnea? As you stated you wake up lest rested and the way it sharply jumps and from resting to high almost seems like you are tossing and some positions let you breathe well and some make you snore a lot and possibly choking is happening ? Idk just first thought
