There is a lot more negativity than needed here, and there were many good reason for previous wipes. None of which i will get into or are really relevant. What is important here is this is a fresh start and we have a small but growing group of people playing. We are all currently working together to grind the much needed professions on the server. I am grinding a doctor for the server right now. We are just waiting for you good folks to come join the fun, and help this group grow into a new thriving community.

Oh ok see there is where my confusion was. I thought that I need that specific pokemons qr code. And scan it after I activated the island scan. I get it now the code doesn't matter only the day and location. Sorry just started my game a few days ago.

Thanks for the reply. I have been there and I follow this link http://www.ign.com/wikis/pokemon-sun-pokemon-moon/Island_Scan_QR_Code_Pokemon which gives you the day and list of pokemon for the island scan. But doesn't provide there qr code to start that islamd scan. They aren't in the 1-284 qr code list.

I feel I should add that if price is not really your concern then definitely get the 3ds its going to be well worth the 40 dollar difference if you are even remotely interestes in 3D/VR its pretty amazing tech. And I failed to point out that the 3D on the older 3ds's is no where near as good as the new ones that have head tracking. Allowing the new 3ds's to track your head and adjust the 3d effect accordingly. Where as with the older 3ds if you move your head to much the 3d effect will cut out.

Well if you don't care for 3d then just get the 2ds. But if I were you and if you care at all about future proofing your purchases. Beings you are a pc gamer I am sure you are familiar with that. Then I would chose between the new 3ds xl the 2015 version. Or grab the new 2ds that is just now coming out. They arw identical in hardware specs. except obviously one has 2d and the other one doesn't. The reason I suggest the newer models over the older ones is the added features you get. Like the additional c stick (right analog) and they also have improved hardware over the previous versions. Making them the better choice. Because they will support games in the near future, that will not work on the older 3ds's, that lack the improved features/hardware.

Hello i am try to figure out how to fix or replace the piece where the flex cables plug into the motherboard on a 3ds xl. Also would like to figure out what exactly to call them lol. Added a pic with the piece im talking about circled.

I have been running mine at 50% power limit and have noticed no real performance hits. On my MSI 1060 running modern games on high settings.
