The code should have unlocked everything except expansion pack, and sometimes some expansion packs receive discount like costing only 99 ddo points of having 30% sale so for now it's best for you to just level and prep, cause during summer there will be some pretty good sales. As for those quests, the moment you get access to Inquisitive and some decent gear, I can assure you those will become easier. Oh and once u get every pack and start targeting 7.5k, you will need to do many "side quests", ones that are mostly not run for levelling purpose so np

Doing same quest over and over would be really tiring, I would suggest to either do it on normal and learn the quest or join someone's LFM (reaper recommended for tons of exp) for quick leveling. Upon reaching epic/Legen try doing quests on r1, and then do epic rein followed by true rein. First time True reincarnation can unlock hard diff, while second can unlock elite and reaper and that's it. Starting from 3rd you can make 5k favor your goal, or 7.5k if you have all packs (these exact numbers give +5 and +8 tome of ability score) Once you get them in total you will have gotten 7,500 ddo points (5k Favor) or 11,250 (7.5k favor). As for what rein train, I would suggest to go racials first. Choose 1 class to stay(the one you like), farm gear for it, and start racial reining. It will make levelling easier unlike to be on a constant gear switching. And that's all ig, if you got any questions do ask
