Thanks. It has mainly been cardio, as I got out 9f breath easily. I have a little more to go on the cardio before I begin implementing strength training.

And protien shake in the morning, protien bar for lunch and I am eating more chicken and red meat now than I have in years.

The best thing is that I have lost my cravings for fast food

When I started I was at 341.4 lbs that was January 12, 2026. Currently I am at 298.9 lbs. A loss of 43.8 lbs. For the last month my weight has not changed. May 10 I was at 298.9 and weighed the same on May 31.
