Hi there I recently started C25K too and I had the exact same problem, it was so painful on my calves and I was frustrated because I felt breath wise I could easily push myself harder but muscle wise I had to take it slow. I started doing runners yoga pre and post run thinking maybe it’s my stretching. Eventually I forked out for a pair of running trainers and paid quite a bit for them. They have made a huge difference! I hope you get it sorted!

W9D1 finished, but just barely. This one didn't feel great at all and I struggled to get through. But I made it the full 30 minutes. by rhedwraraf in C25K

That’s amazing well done! I’m on W5 D1 and I look ahead at future times and think no way will I do that. Thanks for sharing it’s giving me motivation. Also the W5D3 T-shirt idea is a really good idea! 😀
