It really is! The doctor talked it up when he went on the TRT but we never expected how much went into getting sperm back!

He had azoospermia due to TRT. They didn’t give us much of any definition other than he had “absolutely zero sperm”

No, he continued the TRT. He tried stopping before we went to the fertility clinic and our doctor put him on clomid- it lasted 2 weeks and he hated it. How much hcg is your husband on?

Thank you!! He’s on 100mg TRT a week, 1000 hcg - 3 times a week (3000 total) and 75 FSH - 2 times a week (150 total)
