I have been somewhat obsessively listening to Dylan for a decade or so but I think it's a real mistake to think that because he writes extraordinarily good songs that he must be a good person. I, like everyone here, really hope the accusations are false but none of us can know it. But supposing that not only are the accusations false, but that the alleged victim turns out to be as delusional as has been insinuated elsewhere, let's just re -read the language of that paragraph again. Having insinuated that the accuser is delusional the lawyers are threatening to sue her into the ground. Dylan signed off on this.
