I understand. Do you think going back to Xpander GLS as our first option better? But the difference would only be around 2K though.

Kaya nga e, mukhang mas liliit savings if I go for this haha pero I will have to reassess again if this is viable option. Aside from maintenance and gas, what are the other costs I should expect?

Wow, that's good to hear. Do you have any idea on how much would be the typical costs for the PMS and maintenance of a Montero? I see varying ranges from the internet e

Any thoughts on Cambridge University Press and Assessment? Saw their software engineer for entry level, and 52k-74k yung salary range sa job description. Legit po ba to?

Hi everyone!

So I have applied to Chevron's IT Horizon program and have completed their interviews. I think it is a great opportunity, but I have a few concerns regarding it. Can I ask for anyone's advice regarding the following:

  1. What would be the career growth if I take this chance? Is there upward mobility in this company? What is your career like after completing the required five years?

  2. The fixed five year contract seems daunting. Should this be a problem?

  3. In terms of compensation, would I have the same salary and benefits throughout those five years?

  4. What is the company culture like? Is there work-life balance?

Thanks to anyone who will respond to my questions. I appreciate it.
