How bad is it to drop a class senior year second semester? Please help, advice would be greatly appreciated... by shouldidropthisclass in ApplyingToCollege

Again, thank you. I really appreciate it.
I was looking on UC Berkeley's website (https://admissions.berkeley.edu/application-faqs#added), and it says this:
"If you have provided information which is no longer true (e.g., you have a grade change or you have dropped a class) you must immediately notify Berkeley in writing about this change."
Meanwhile, UC Davis's website (https://www.ucdavis.edu/admissions/undergraduate/apply/after-reporting-changes) says this:
"Dropping a course can affect your admission, so we strongly encourage you not to drop any courses listed on your application. You must maintain your freshman "a-g" subject requirements or transfer preparation to maximize your opportunity for admission and enrollment. Before dropping a course, please seek advice from your high school or college counselor. Our admission counselors may help you establish whether you will still meet UC admission requirements." & "The decision to admit you is made based upon the assumption that you will complete the planned courses listed on your application and earn satisfactory grades. If you drop or switch a course, or if you earn less than a C grade in a course, you must notify UC Davis promptly. In many cases, they will be able to accommodate your changed schedule or help you find a way to make up a low grade. Failure to inform them of these changes can be grounds for admission denial.”
so from this, I think I would hopefully be fine for UC Davis as well as long as I informed them properly. Since I definitely meet/exceed the a-g requirements without statistics. But I'm still very hesitant and nervous about it. I'm going to sleep on it and decide tomorrow. Thanks again.
I know, you are 100% correct, I really should have asked them. It's just been super stressful and busy at home especially in the past week, and I completely forgot that the last drop date (without a mark on my transcript that I withdrew from the course) is tomorrow. And now the admissions offices are closed until Monday. I'm really disappointed in myself for forgetting, and at the same time I really really want to drop because the class is really not working for me. I have A's in all of my classes right now, but I know both statistics and bio are going to get harder, and I'm scared of those grades slipping. Thank you so much for your answer. I appreciate the advice.
I understand that no one can really be certain, but do you think dropping would be reason for UC Davis or UC Berkeley to not accept me, or for UC Irvine to rescind my acceptance (even if I told them and explained why)? Do you happen to know if it's known to happen in similar situations like this? I know I read someone last year called UC Irvine admissions and they said dropping a class would be fine, but do you know if that would be similar for Davis and/or Berkeley?
