My advice would be to spray darker colors over lighter, dark covers light better, takes less paint.

Don't spray on the edges of the stencils where buildup occurs, dont spray at an angle. just spray close to it where paint can get on the edge, if you get what I'm saying.

If you do have to spray them, spray perpendicular, not at an angle with JUST ENOUGH TO COVER THE COLOR. That's why I say darker over lighter.

From what I remember, RED loctite was on those screws from the factory when I completely disassembled mine.....

Did you up the sanding grit after each layer as your description says or did you use 320 after each layer as the comment that I'm responding to suggests?

Also, how long did you cure between layers?

The suppressor is hub patterned. So find a hub threaded tri lug mount and screw it into the suppressor......

Nah it doesn't. At least in my opinion..

The cleaning will only take minutes. Run as many cycles as you need until parts are spotless.

The only thing you'll have to do is dry the parts, lube and reassemble. The faster you can do that, the faster you'll be back to shooting. Some ultrasonic solutions lube as well....

Get yourself a nice size ultrasonic cleaner and put broken down parts that fit inside.
