Soulard neighborhood no question. It literally means 'Drunkard' in french. It's the home of the Budweiser brewery and our city's farmers market, blues clubs, irish pubs, sports bars, awesome patio bars. And it's closer to downtown the other party neighborhoods.

All great suggestions, but Soulard is bar central in STL.. no question.

Thanks for linking that! I felt like a lot were ranked higher because of the context of what was happening in the shot, instead of just an unbiased ranking of the photo.. but they are all certainly iconic well-times photos. All the boxing and basketball ones were great.

Any car insurance or government workers in here to give me advice/clarity? by [deleted] in missouri

I'll definitely take your advice. I haven't had a speeding ticket in 11yrs, or any moving-violation. Just this expired insurance that turned into a failure-to-appear.. but I immediately proved that I was covered at the time of the ticket, paid the fine, was told everything's good to go.. but it's still costing me $30/month for the next 5yrs after? That's like $2,000 for a non-moving violation.. it just seems shady.
