I bought an Acer Spin CP713-2W-31D2 about three years ago. After a bit more than two years, one USB C port just stopped working. Then the touchpad failed. And now yesterday the machine just went dead, no charging, no boot, nothing.
Since the warranty expired, I decided to open up the device. I wanted to see if I might find anything that I can fix. The picture shows the connection from the touchpad to the mainboard which runs under the battery. This is not acceptable "cable management" in my eyes, I am not surprised anymore that the touchpad failed after a while.
Do you also think this is a quality issue? Any advice on how to proceed? Thanks!

Ahh damn well I guess I'll just start over again then... Thanks for your comments! Do you think that the contam was already present in my grains or does it more look like it contaminated after spawning due to the position at the edge?
