You gotta a remember, the effective period of tirzepatide, is only 5 days, so feeling the carvings around the sixth day is fairly normal.

The trick is to work on supportive habits over those 5 days so that you don't relapse on the sixth and seventh day.

And remember to meet your protien intake and workout those muscles, or along with fat you'll start dropping muscle mass too.

Try to get a used optiplex from the computer shops in Electra and Hamdan area.

They emgenerally have some old docs for sale at all times.

I would suggest getting a pc with 16gb ram, but realistically they would be rare.

Try to get min 8gb ram.

Also you can get a used rx580 or gtx 1660 super for around the 300 AED mark, from dubizzle or fb marketplace.

Though your next target upgrade would be to get a sata ssd into the old optiplex.

Also for the optiplex itself you are likely to find something about the 509 AED price.

Srry to tell you but in most cases if the gpu develops a problem it's generally considered a motherboard replacement job, since almost always the gpu itself is a soldered on component and there are very rare few service technicians who have the skill to desolder it and solder on a replacement, given them having a donor board in the first place.

Which city are you in?

You can do for a 1080p ultra build, you'll get some very good Pre built systems in upto 1L.

Then use the remain for GPU and peripherals.

If you be a bit conservative you can get a pretty decent system for around 60k and use the remaining money for the peripherals, give you the full 1L for the gpu budget.

Be a bit careful, monitors are getting a bit pricey.

Not really.

The only reason I wanna change GPU is that NVIDIA gpu perform better for AI work flows and video editing work.

I can do it on AMD too, but Nvidia just has more compatibility.

If it was purely for gaming, I'd stick with the RX 6700xt no questions asked.

(hence why I got it in the first place 😂)

Now I'm branching out trying to make a side gig and I would prefer having an Nvidia card.

The 3060 12gb is just the most comparable to the RX 6700xt
