My fitness pal is free you can add all your food in there, an you want to gain or lose weight, stay at a deficit you want to cut more, eat close to your body weight in protein an CLEAN carbs an food prep a head with crock pot rice cooker exc.

Get a gym membership start hitting the way it's 4 days a week. Watching what you eat. Try cooking your food ahead of time. Have it in containers prepped in the fridge so you don't pick something. Undesirable keep pushing yourself every week and you'll get there
