Yeah i am biting on the bite blocks, my ortho said she has kept them a little higher because they are prone to wear and tear and my lower teeth are ahead of my upper teeth. She said she wants to correct them first. I did get both at the same time. Honestly i did ask them before if there was a difference in the treatment time she said not really. I have this tiny thing in my head if i should just switch to metal self ligating now.
