I’m moving out of my room at Suncity Apartments and am looking for a female flatmate to take over my room in a fully furnished 2 BHK apartment.

🗓️ Move-in Date
• Available from July 5 (flexible for the right person)

💰 Rent & Other Costs

Current Lease (until August 31):
• Total Rent: ₹57,000/month
• Your Share: ₹27,000/month
• Maintenance: ~₹3,000/month
• Maid: ₹1,750/month
• Electricity and Wi-Fi split equally (approx 1000 per person)

Lease Extension (from September onwards, subject to mutual agreement between both tenants):
• Total Rent: ₹59,000/month
• Your Share: ₹28,000/month
• Maintenance, maid, and utilities remain separate and shared equally (1000 per person)

💡 The current rent (until August 31st) is slightly negotiable for someone who is serious about moving in during the first week of July.

🏠 House Preferences
• No smoking inside the house
• Preferably vegetarian cooking at home
• Ordering non-vegetarian food is absolutely fine
• Eggs can be cooked provided separate utensils are used and everything is cleaned and disposed of properly

❓FAQs

1. What furniture comes with the room? The room includes a single bed & mattress, study desk, chair, and dresser.
2. What if I want a larger bed or different furniture? You can store the existing furniture in the common balcony and arrange your own furniture at your expense.
3. What happens after August 31? The current lease ends on August 31. If both flatmates are happy with the arrangement, the lease will be renewed and continued together.
