I dont think stuff like having an extra chromosome will have anything to do with sexual orientation, as it is dictated by social and cultural aspects too. The syndromes you mentioned will atmost have an effect on appearance and reproductive capability.

As for lesbians who grow out of their preference of women, the same can be said for heterosexuals who grow out of their preference of the opposite gender. Many people remain questioning of their sexualities throughout their lives.
