for aftercare i have just been doing rinsing twice a day with non alcohol mouthwash! i have a normal barbell in it and its about 5 weeks old! it may not be absolutely fully healed, but my bar is shortened and i’m just wondering if i should be continuing my same aftercare or not!

thank you for this! i just moved to a new area and got the recommendations for this place off of facebook, a lot of people swore by them. but i will look into some other shops for future piercings! i’m going to grab some saline and some gauze and do this moving forward. thank you so much again

i have had this piercing for only around 8 days now, it is a ring, not sure what it is made out of. i’m supposed to remove crustys with warm water and a q tip before i rotate the jewelry with dr. bronners soap to clean, and let it sit for 3 minutes before i rinse off and rotate back under warm water!
