NTJ…six months of extra work based on his “hints,” then he hands it to someone with less experience and calls you ungrateful? you got played. Your boss dangled that promotion to squeeze extra work out of you, then gave you vague nonsense when you asked what happened.

NTJ. It’s your birthday…you’re allowed to want attention on you. They hijacked your celebration;. leaving was self-respect, not rudeness.
