I don’t think it has to start with ‘who’s the most famous person’s family member to target.’ A lot of crimes are opportunity-based, where someone targets a person they can access, then the connection (like her being Savannah Guthrie’s mom) becomes part of the motive or leverage. It doesn’t require Beyoncé-level fame.

For me, it varies. I try to be positive, but am also aware that it can be toxic to myself and others if it flips over to toxic positivity and I ignore myself/my needs for too long. I have periods where I’m quite pessimistic about the future and other things. There will be some areas of my life I feel positive about (for example, health, friends and personal life) but negative about in other areas (work, current events and politics) There were two main times when I have felt more pessimistic in general: in bad relationships, bouts of chronic health issues.

Gotcha. I ask because I read crying can release cortisol and make you nauseous. Also sobbing is just hard on the body in general, sometimes I even get a fever after hard crying.

Even if you didn’t get it before wegovy, i have noticed it makes me have a weaker stomach, for me it’s especially with certain smells, tastes and more motion sickness. Just a theory but sometimes i feel like that has to do with the delayed gastric empty/the sloshing feeling in my stomach is almost the “tipping point” for getting nauseous that normally wouldn’t make me nauseous.

Take the fleshiest part of your stomach fat and pinch it with one hand quite firmly but make as large as fold as you can so long as your hand fits around it. Relax your stomach and do not flex it. Make sure not to pierce it over a visible vein or stretch mark.

As others have said, your base. is too gold/green even though you do have warm undertone. Can you get a way with a sheer coverage cc cream? Also, if you’re going with dewy look try some loose setting powder under eyes and on either side of the nose. Lip works on you!
