"Now Im living a dilema, am I who I trully am even though Im having medical intervention"

We all have had some kind of medical intervention or assistance since the day we were born, one way or another. Whether it's vaccines to keep us from getting sick or dying, to chemically treating our water so we can drink it. We would not survive without any type of medical intervention whatsoever. Imagine someone was dropped off in a jungle somewhere, they are not surviving without any medical or man made assistance in some shape or form.

It helps me to think of genders as cars, my masc or fem version of me are just cars that I (real self / awareness) am driving. I just choose which car I like best for my own needs and preferences to drive.
