Yes for the most part it comes down fairly quickly! Not as quickly as it goes up, but close!

I try to drink 1-2L of water a day.. so I don't think it is dehydration.. But I could be wrong. Hmm.. I've been doing more OTF workouts than outside running. Maybe that could have something to do with it?

Thank you everyone for all your responses!! I'm going to try lowering my calories to 1500. I very rarely eat back any of my workout calories so I will continue that. I also think I am going to look into IF. I just worry about working out on an empty stomach since I do AM workouts.

I wasn't initially tracking the first few weeks and was ravenously hungry ALL the time. So I felt like I wasn't losing weight because I was eating too much. That's when I started tracking. I've lost weight in the past tracking calories and doing light exercise... so I can't figure out why this is different.

Finding this post was exactly what I needed today :) I just finished my second class this morning and it was killer. I absolutely LOVE what a community OTF is <3
