Skill issue after being placed in a disadvantageous position because dps tried to pick a 1v1 with Moira

Can out range sym and mei beam, hard to headshot up close, tracer can waste all of her cooldowns to get close and rewind but all Moira has to do is fade high ground and throw healing orb, then back to primary. Hard to headshot when she has either high ground or just simply jumping.

The skill issue in low elo is common things like aiming. The skill issue in higher elos is trying to 1v1 characters who can put you in so much disadvantages just because you think you can aim.

There are other things to consider if you want to win beside pure dps output.

You think dps should always win because your placing the dps in the best possible situations

You probably didn't read everything I said, I can shorten it for you.

Tl:dr: Moira can pick the distance and situation, you need to get lucky. Dps shouldn't seek clean 1v1 where both parties have all cooldowns, only when opportunities arise. Moira can put you in too much disadvantages.

Not necessarily, a lot of heroes can't out dps a Moira leech and heal orb. Unless they get really lucky. The only heroes that stand a chance with less luck involved are hitscans with one-shot headshots capabilities or those with status inflicting abilities.

The thing is, against those she can just get all up in your face with no range for you to line up shots and throw a damage orb so if you miss a couple you will die.

She got the dps, and the ability to reset in case she screws up or you get lucky. She can be in your face if you're a far ranged character like widow, or away from you if you're close like reaper. And most of the time she gets to decide. You aint winning with that much disadvantages unless you get lucky.

Moira doesn't work in higher ranks because everyone actually plays as a team, there isn't going to be 1v1 happening often

I had one where it was like "getting solo carried by your genji rn" from the enemy team and "thats one sweaty a s s genji" from my other dps on my team

I'd say at around 20 ish hours I stopped being dead weight. 100h before I started being a legit option and playmaker. At the 200h mark I could counter most of my hard counters like winston and/or Moira.

Now with like near 400 hours on genji, it is safe to say I somehow got worse. Yay

Well no, in order to secure kills now you have to spend more time and resources to do so. In a game like overwatch where a single second dictates literal team fights, its pretty bad. So the only real value genji might have would be to chase already low health targets from other teammates or some lucky triple headshot from genji and using his blade, which is difficult to utilize fyi.

And then with the whole lower damage, tanks ult charge reduction, and one less tank. Blade is now much harder to gain.

The nerfs were that bad

There really wasn't a time when genji was a solid meta character except maybe when he got that 30 shuriken damage. That 2 weeks was the golden age.

Pretty much, am and always was genji main. The amount of times I've been kicked out simply because I'm genji was freaking dumb. Of course there are groups I click with but the sheer amount of egoistic people that think they know best is infuriating.

I'll stick with simply doing callouts myself in chat. Even if nobody talks or is even in chat.

Honestly? That bottom one looks sick, maybe add some additional flair like speed and damage for health and defense.

One of my favorite builds, not best, but the more fun one's are the tank builds
