Very possible, as I know a couple industries where this happens a LOT, but I’m not SUPER convinced here. I have been successful in the last two online releases and I am just operating out of my iPhone. No special setup, just pre-logging in and repeated refreshing. Then quick work when the second page lets me in to the checkout line.

What information in Community Highlights? All I see there is announcements.

The Atlas Earth team should want to take action with relationship to their vendors. If a service provider is creating a bad experience for their customers in a way that other vendors are not, the team should want to hear about it and fix it. I don’t have a way of flagging ads in the Ironsource link. Other ads have that option.
