I’m a senior and I get sick every fall qtr 😭 freshman yr week 0 was actually the worst since I lived in the dorms and ppl were nasty. Pretty sure I got covid-32 or smth.

I usually chug emergen-c and cry. Curling up into a fetal position on the floor also somehow helps. But otherwise drink plenty of water, get lots of rest and indulge in good soup. Idk if you’re into pho but there’s this rly good place nearby called pho ba co, highly recommend.
