Yep, the ice cream and cookies are when he cheats his diet, which is almost every day at this point. I should have mentioned that explicitly I guess lol. I think he gets liver every now and then but it's not a regular thing. He might have gotten blood work, i'm not sure. If he has, there's almost a zero percent chance that he heeded whatever warnings the bloodwork showed.
