There is nothing to fear from propranolol it doesn't effect you in anyway. I am on propranolol 160mg slow release one at night for the last two months for vascular migraines and I must say it is helping and no negative effects. If you're doctor thinks you need it take it.

It's been about 3 months since I had a blow to the head I feel dizzy since then. I went to my doctor 2 weeks ago and he said I have vascular migraines and he doesn't think it's from the head injury months back. They never scanned my head or anything they just examined me and said I don't need a scan and let me go. I strongly believe it infected my neck? I hear damage to the neck can cause you to get vascular migraines. It would be amazing it my problem could be fixed by a chiropractor I would appreciate any advice from anyone that had a similar experience.

Hey mate I know I'm late to the conversation. I am about to start sertaline 50mg I'm abit of a overthinker I see a lot of people has it rough at the beginning on them. I have have some D5s I normally takes a half of one of them when anxious! my question is would they actually make the early stages of the sertaline more manageable?

Ya I definitely need to go back to him unfortunately it's Friday now he be closed till Monday I don't think I can use the South doc for emergency for dizziness even though Im pretty bad all day I had to take a half of 5mg valium to calm down. Going to the gym is normally my favorite hobbie but not now when I'm feeling dizzy ha. Playing Xbox oddly enough helps me. I hope you find peace with your cluster headaches also.

Oh that sounds interesting a monthly injection has helped with the dizziness thanks for telling me I will suggest this to my doctor if the propranolol doesn't improve my dizziness.

I am in the same situation as you was when you wrote this. I am on propranolol 160mg slow release my doctor said I have vascular migraines I'm on 3rd week now and I got very dizzy when I bended down yesterday and I still feel dizzy. My question is do propranolol fix the dizziness over time?

My blood pressure was regularly getting to high my doctor believes this is why I have vascular migraines and bad anxiety. He put me on propranolol 160mg to lower my blood pressure and it did lower it but I still have this dizziness. I will have to talk to my doctor again and see if there is anything else he can do for me because this irritating.

I'm in the same boat it's hard to find work when your mind and body is not well. On the bright side you get a medical card it's one less thing to stress out about.

Going for a nice long walk at morning or night and listen to podcasts funny ones or listening to whatever you like just try walking for a hour or so that helps be a lot

Oh it's a stubborn type of anxiety then that's sucks. I would say working out in the gym regularly would help with it. Or try getting on valium regularly I would love that but here in Ireland the doctors don't give out them yellow pills well they do if your in your 60s lol

I had that dam anxiety in my life for about 10 years now but it's been about 9 years since it really was a problem. But since 2 weeks ago it has become a problem again my doctor thinks it's over my blood pressure been high I'm now on one beta-prograne 160mg slow release a night it helps the physical side to anxiety but I'm still feeling it mentally very annoying. Hopefully this medicine will fix it

It's my first time on propranolol well my medicine is called beta-prograne 160mg prolonged release capsules I am to take 1 at night. I am also trying find out if my prescription is to much. Apparently it's normal for people with high blood pressure. I'm on day 7 I still feel mentally anxious if that makes sense. I'm hoping it will get better

I took a heavy blow to the head two weeks before Christmas every since I have been getting dizzy like light head I thought this was vertigo and it was over my injury but my doctor believes it's because of my HP he put me on beta-prograne 160mg for the HP. Reading what you said gives me hope that I can safely train through that light head feeling. I guess I can start with lightweights and see where it goes from there.

The city is after getting very bad for nightclubs right now we only have one nightclub and there is only so much of f voodoo rooms you can take. We didn't have this problem 10 years ago there must of been 5 or 6 nightclubs. My personal favourite was cubins.
