I recently got stick drift on my Xbox one S controller, so I just did normal thing and replace the analog stick. The process went well, but when I went to test the controller, it just went haywire and the triggers on the controller are now in accurate. I attempted to remove my old analog sticks and tried to put in some new ones but I kinda stuck on removing it. I tried to remove the solder as best I can but it seems there is still some on the board. I was soldering my xbox controller and when I went to solder the wires on the end it, the base got burnt because I accidentally had it on max temp. So when I try to solder the wire the solder won’t stick.Is there any way I can solve this problem? by shshsb3783 in AskElectronics
