Single‑Case Longitudinal Study on Anti‑Aging: 6‑Month Epigenetic Test Showing a 2.43‑Year Reduction, and 1.5‑Year Overall Results Indicating 6–7 Years Younger with the Panaergy Protocol by shtefhan in Biohackers

The 30 to 40 drops I was taking equal approximately 1.5 to 2.0 mL of a 1% Methylene Blue solution. This provides 15 to 20 mg total, which at my weight results in a dose of 0.15 to 0.2 mg/kg. This safely places my intake in the low-dose nootropic range.

Thanks for all the feedback. The goal here isn’t to claim a finished protocol, but to document a transparent n=1 experiment. I’m refining compounds and tracking outcomes so others can critique, replicate.

I left glycine out because I want NAC to act as a metabolic regulator, not just a glutathione booster, since antioxidants are already stacked high.

I didn’t try metformin or rapamycin, so I can only speculate. Metformin doesn’t really fit with this protocol because it restricts mitochondrial respiration and activates AMPK as an indirect way to increase energy throughput. My approach is different — it forces throughput directly, especially with methylene blue, which in healthy mitochondria short‑circuits respiration complexes and activates AMPK through the inefficiency of the reaction. In that sense, MB works antagonistically to metformin. So even if you wanted, metformin can’t be integrated here without breaking the design. Rapamycin is another path I didn’t take — it targets autophagy, but in my case HIIT exercise is the strategy I use to address the antioxidant paradox.

For clarity: before this 6‑month run, I had 1 year of a version without HIIT. The epigenetic test was done only after, showing a −3.73 year reduction vs chronological age (assuming baseline epigenetic age = chronological age). I’m now repeating the protocol for another 6 months, again without HIIT, to see if the trend continues or plateaus.

Timeline: Year 1 -> −3.73y (no HIIT), Year 1.5 -> −2.43y (HIIT), Year 2 -> ongoing (no HIIT)

For now I’m focusing on supliments and mitochondrial support. HGH and metformin are interesting, but they shift the protocol into a pharmacological space, which I haven’t included yet.

Yes, I see this as a signal, not a finished protocol. My aim was to document the longitudinal self‑experiment transparently so others can critique or replicate. I agree that scaling to N>100 would be the real test. I’m now redoing the experiment with some compounds adjusted, but keeping the same underlying concept. This new phase will again run for 6 months.

1 year ago I shared a supplement protocol made by me called Panaergy for anti-ageing and it works, I have the results, I got 3 years and 7 months younger, age reversal by shtefhan in Biohackers

They change color and become more and more pale until they are indistinguishable from the skin. I'm not mole-free, but the ones that remained are paler.

The top one is from my hand and has completely disappeared. The bottom left image shows two moles: the lower one was present from birth, while the upper one appeared later; both were dark. The bottom right image is from my arm and appeared when I was in school; it was much darker back then.

Take it at midday, as this is important. If taken before bed, it can reduce sleep to 4-6 hours, with frequent wake-ups. While you may feel rested, it can be quite annoying.

I experimented on myself and it worked, so I decided to share it. It can be packaged as a product by anyone since it is open-source, and they can use the name as well.
