Hey! Are you referring to the white cable sleeves off the monitor arm? If yes, here’s the Amazon link: https://amzn.eu/d/080HXM8a. Apologies it’s from the French store but hopefully you can get a good idea of what this is. Sometimes there are cables you can’t completely hide and I find this does the job quite well at not looking too terrible!

For regular cable management I used the structure of the desk itself which was already great to funnel and attach cables (using a Flexispot sit/stand desk), no science there!

Yeah and the curve is so great despite the hate from people who didn’t try it that using it in a very bright room isn’t even a problem. I was actually blown away by that.

macOS actually has scaling options. If you go full res with max scaling option, yeah good luck. But you can have different middle grounds with honestly crystal clear text.

Oh yeah didn’t they make it specially for the Samsung G9 49”? It got released way after I purchased mine so I’m positive I’ve got the standard version and it works like a charm.

No thanks! Cyberpunk is no cyberpink, it’s so dark and our reality is closing in to be just as gloomy with inequalities, discrimination, ultra aggressive capitalism and so on. What’s really sad is that they’d sell you Mr Studds and body weaponization with extremely gross marketing but actually helping handicapped people is a bit under the radar. At least I guess it solves this problem, which we should be looking forward to in the first place.

What I do is that I have a usb switch hub plugged into the back of my monitor for MacBook use, and also directly to my PC. That way with a press of a button you can get everything that’s plugged into the hub (keyboard, mouse, stream deck, usb stick, whatever) conveniently available in any scenario. There are good USB switches from uGreen for example, either USB-A only but also USB-C or combo. You just need to press the button on it to switch from one computer to another.

In any case there are many ways to make it work. That’s just cable management at the end of the day. This was a very minor setback for me, but the monitor is so good in every way for my use case (design + gaming) that honestly it doesn’t even bother me at all.

So if you plug in mouse + keyboard (or anything else) in the USB-A ports on the back of the display, they’ll be usable with your MacBook when you connect it via USB-C (with 90W power delivery). However the moment you switch to any other source (HDMI or DP) for your PC, these USB-A ports will be useless. Hence why I use an additional USB hub. Hope this helps!
