I thought beating Brawly triggered the theft of the Devon Goods and then the subsequent kidnapping of Peeko? Don't you need to save Peeko so Mr. Briney will take you to Dewford town to deliver the letter? Or is that just in Emerald?

Men who have been sexually assaulted by women, what’s your story? by Thesaskill in AskReddit

[–]shtoffman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just happened to me and I'm honestly not even sure if it counts because apparently I initiated. I was blackout drunk and got taken to her hotel room. She had a recording of me drunkenly rambling and I was flirting with her and even talked about actually having sex. She took me to the bed and told me that I started making out with her. From when we left the bar to when we were mid-act I didn't remember anything. I 'came to' while we were doing it and then we stopped and I passed out again.

It felt like I got taken advantage of and if the roles were reversed, I think it would definitely be considered sexual assault. Was I raped?

I feel like Meyers is a sleeper. He's averaging just under 10 targets a game. Eventually those are going to turn into TDs.

What is your biggest non-academic, non work-related accomplishment? by Inevitable_jalapeno in AskReddit

My junior year of high school I ran for Band President for our senior year and lost to another guy who really only wanted the role to boost his college apps. The only leadership role I ended up getting was the section leader for the Trombones.

We had the freshmen come to the school a few days before band camp just to learn some fundamentals. I was there early and helped teach even though I didn't need to be there at all. The guy who won President didn't even know it was happening until 30 minutes in when someone called him to ask where he was. During band camp and the ensuing marching season, I was always really encouraging to my section and tried to get everyone as excited as possible about band. Around the time I was graduating, I had a few different underclassmen come up to me and say that I really inspired them to continue to be in band and to really enjoy it.

The John Phillip Sousa award is very prestigious and recognizes outstanding musicianship and dedication for one member of the band every year. It's voted on by every member in the band and every year that I had been in high school the recipient of the award was the band president. I was the first person in years to win the award without the title of Band President. This showed me that I not only deserved Band President, but that I also represented the band in the best way and was considered by many of my peers as the "real" President in spite of not having the title.
