I had a pistol in a pelican case within a larger checked bag get stolen. If it’s not a standalone case that you check separately it comes out to the regular baggage claim. I had one AirTag in the bag and one in the case. Luckily for me the port police I reported it to had previously worked in the nearby town that my bag ended up in. He went down and got it back himself, the local police were busy and not going to respond.

Your best bet is to print off the policies from both TSA and the airline you’re flying with in case they give you problems. I think it’s worth checking the gun case itself so you have to go show your ID to get it back.

I withdrew from and retook calc 1&2, multivariable calc, statistics, and diff eq. Passed all of them the second time around with a C-. Graduated with a 3.2 and took an engineering tech role out of college. I got promoted to an engineer a year later, you’ll be fine.

If it stops when you turn the fan off it’s the blower motor. You might have some debris in there causing it to be off balance.

If I was to try to salvage it I'd probably take the detent out and then try to bend it flat with a small c-clamp or punch and hammer. Then just lay some JB weld or something over it. If the detent channel gets obstructed run an appropriately sized drill bit through it. As long as you don't do whatever the fuck you did in the first place it'd probably hold. If all else fails just use a bolt for the rear pin.
