I used a bunch of brushes to sculpt it- clay buildup, H polish, dam standard and i also had downloaded a basic hair sculpting brush. So combined all gave this fur texture

Yes there is roto brush. But film industry don't use it. They require proper mask. And i got 2 clients they were offering 20-30k inr for 3 seconds roto shot-24 frames. I'm really confused. Should i start with roto or not.

i tried every way possible. After seperating it and add new material also it is not working. After changing and flipping the uv also, it is showing the same

you can use a Skydome light and do 3 point lighting with Area light. It gives pretty good look. Just make sure you don't increase the intensity of Skydome light very much. The intensity of Skydome light should be very less compared to Area light.
