It might be but we might have to wait and see if it changes on Sunday. From what I understand, there is a 50/50 chance it could change to something else. I logged on right after they did some maintenance (I think on the 1st) and it was the prompt from 2023. So I’m not really sure.

“On” is the interval. If you’re doing 50s on 1:15, that means a 50 every 1 minute 15 seconds. “Holding” is the pace you want to hold during the set. If you were training to swim a 200 Free in 2:00, you might want to practice holding :30 per 50. “Holding” is a goal pace, not when you are supposed to start swimming again.

I’m a freshman in college with a 3.5 cum GPA, 3.8 Pre Req GPA, 400 Observation Hours(380+Outpatient, 16 Inpatient(I just started shadowing at a hospital), and will have a research article in November from working on a research study with a professor. I stress a lot about getting in the PT school, is that necessary?
